Staff was great. The property was great. I got a handicapped room and I am not handicapped. My biggest problem was the shower. When the water was turned on, every time, debris would come out. I can only assume rust particles. And you can pee harder than the miserable excuse for a shower head.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was fantastic in a very nice area. I recently stayed at a Hilton in St Louis and I liked this hotel much better. I felt much more at home. Fun fact - the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was the same used at the Hilton

Chris at the front desk was very polite and cordial. We checked in late and he was very helpful. My father left a phone charger and sweater in the lobby and brought it up to the room for us! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
