Great price for facility / amenities. Easy check-in. Staff were friendly. Very clean. Only suggestion for guests is check in before parking. Parking lot is not near entrance and is a long walk. You get a parking pass so if you don’t check in first, you end up doing the walk 2x.

My only issue is they don't have ceiling fan on the room and for a woman dealing with menopause and the room was at a standing 68 degress, i was so upset that i forgot my fan. Everything else was beautiful i just wish at the temp that the outdoor pool had been open.

The rooms are awesome, the only downside is there is a communal microwave setup with the ice machines & using it late upsets those in the rooms closest to it, but it is what it is when it's communal. Love the shower setup being spacious enough to move around. Amazing arcade & plenty of activities put on by the resort. Definitely coming back in the summer!

Everything was wonderful, staff were very accommodating especially the valet and the hotel just makes you feel like you're on an island in Kansas. The little details such as the sink knobs being tails, the parrots on the bedding and all the soaps and wipes smell AMAZING! Compared to other resorts the food and drinks were not overly outrageous and having a little convenience store on site was great! Would definitely return again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel is pretty new so we enjoyed that. The room doesn't feel like a hotel room but more like a costal room in a beach house. My only concern was during our stay after house keeping had cleaned our room while we were gone, we came back to our room during the day and someone tried coming in our room again. I had the door stopper out, so they weren't able to open the door. When I checked thru the peep hole it was a male that looked like he was housekeeping. No one knocked before coming in or said anything either when they realized the door couldn't open because someone was in the room. This was a bit concerning given the fact I didn't see why anyone would come back if our room was already cleaned. I mentioned this to the front desk after but didn't hear back regarding this.
