The balcony offered a great view, quiet, cozy, clean accommodations. Helpful staff, great location. My only complaints: not enough luggage carts as well as guests occupying the carts not being considerate of other guests needing to use the luggage carts. Indoor pool is a bit small in my opinion. No hot tub/jacuzzi which was disappointing. We stayed on New Year's Eve night and I feel as if the pool hours should have been extended for the occasion. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Overall a great stay.

We came for a family staycation. Stayed in the Jimmy Buffet suite which was wonderful! We had 3 other rooms for family. I was confused with the parking fee since there is an abundance of parking. We had 5 kids ranging in age 2-8. The pool was a hit but the 4 year old couldn’t touch anywhere in the pool, would be nice for an area for toddlers. The pool was really chilly for kids as well maybe turn the heat on a bit. We are at the Landshark twice and both meals were average. Drinks were good. We loved the activity in the evening for the kids. We were excited to walk through the tunnel of Christmas lights we could see from our room but we were stopped after a short distance because the rest of the tunnel is for those paying to use the igloo’s. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Tony at check in.

This is a beautiful property. Wonderful staff, fun activities, and I enjoyed my stay. I would say that there were some issues in the room with a leak in the shower and the bathroom door was off track.

Room was nice but there was a left over fork in the fridge so it’s questionable on how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. Definitely lots of hallway noise and the worst part is the shower never got hot. Parking lot is quite away from front doors as well. After the parking fee was added in we could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price.

Only one elevator worked. Waited 20 minutes and the elevator still did not stop on the 3rd floor. The vallet parking was very chaotic and the hotel was blaring music all afternoon and was still going strong at check out.
