Our room had paint chipping off the wall. Out of 5 light bulbs in the room, 2 were missing. Room was quiet. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was average for what I'd expect - with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, some oranges set out. Orange juice was watery.

The room eas dirty with dirty handprints on the wall. They did not look like they had been cleaned. There was also a musty smell in the room. We ended up leaving and not staying. The hotel staff was very nice. You could tell that they had people do this before. They didn't give us our money back without any trouble at all. The area around there is not a good area. The convenience store across the street was rough.

Clean and recently updated room, plenty of parking, easy to get to different areas of interest in Blue Springs. 9 Foot Brewery right across the entrance to property was great.

I have stayed here at least once a year for over five years. The only negative this time was that the room I was assigned to the screen of the TV went black after being on a few seconds. This was consistent on all the channels I checked. I was moved to another room.
