Great and welcoming staff at check in. They have a wonderful shuttle with friendly driver to Plaza area restaurant and shopping. Love the garage covered parking and lots of choices for breakfast in house. My stay there was Nov. 14th-15th, always pleasant.

Had to call down for more towels. If a room sleeps 6, then 6 towels should be provided. Had to call again for sheets, blankets and pillows for the hide away bed. And be prepared to pay a lot extra for breakfast on top of the mediocre stay at this so-called 'high end' hotel.
