All together was a good stay other than before we checked out we had housekeeping waiting outside our room door for us to leave. We still had plenty of time before check out and they wouldn’t leave until we left the room and completely moved out

Had to change hotels due to y’all’s card reader not working to take my credit card that I had a 3-night hold on, and being cashless did not help either…no sense of care from the receptionists due to the fact my wife and I drove 6 hrs and making negotiations wasn’t even an option…we had no problems last time we stayed and honestly enjoyed it, but this ruined it for us…if anyone at that hotel has any care in their customers they’d make arrangements to work things out instead of letting them go elsewhere while ignoring the problem still, protocol or not…God Bless

We traveled for a Chiefs game and had a great time in the hotel bar chatting with other guests and the staff. We ate pizza which surprisingly was very good for being hotel pizza. We missed breakfast the first day due to not paying attention to the times but the second day we had breakfast and it was very good with a nice gluten-free selection. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Easy place to stay. Has what we need.

Breakfast is fine. Typical for this level of hotel. Good coffee. We were given an ADA room. The layout is similar, but comprises were made. The bathroom has almost no counter space. The closet and drawers are in an awkward place. Bed is low. I get it. It all works, but if not needed, awkward.
