This was one of best hotels I have stayed in. Rooms Were extremely clean. The staff, especially Genesis and Stephen were extremely helpful, and some of the most friendly front desk staff, I have ever met. Great place to stay

The manager and front desk staff were all very helpful. We needed a handicap shower chair. The manager went out and found one that was available first thing the next morning. They helped my handicap friend through the payment process allowing her to sit in a chair while checking us in.Staff always pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely lived our time here. It is right next to childrens Mercy, quick to go get food or coffee and most of the staff was great. My main issue was my coffee maker kept leaking but it was on a tray so easy to clean.

Flusher handle came out of toilet tank. Was there3 days & only got fresh towels once. Bed was never made. To get free breakfast you had to pay for breakfast. Which was buffet you paid $12.95. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room adjacent to ours had a party and the noise level was annoying. The rooms had adjoining doors with very little noise protection. The hotel did call the adjacent room to ask them to reduce their noise. It worked for a little while and then subsided at midnight. We will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.
