Very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Only complaint I have is that room was very loud concerning outside noises. It's on a busy street, so that is somewhat out of their control, but better insulation or attention to preventing at least somewhat of a buffer would help. Loud noise was very distracting. Lawn mowers were out at work on the property at 8:30 am. Unacceptable. Nice breakfast buffet, but food was very cold. Would stay here again because it is very convenient to KU Medical Center, where I go for my kidney transplant coordination.

This property is across the street from KU Med and my husband is seeing a specialist there. This hotel is so convenient and calming! Very clean and safe!
