The main floor features a comfortable living room, a convenient half bath, a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, and a dining area perfect for gathering together. Just off the dining space, you'll find a cozy private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring Kansas City. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on the main level.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find the sleeping areas and full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Two additional twin beds are located in the open loft area. Please note that the loft sleeping area is open to the hallway and does not have a door.

For added convenience, there is also a second-floor exterior door with stairs leading directly outside, making it much easier to bring luggage in and out without using the spiral staircase.

Parking is available on-site with space for 2-3 vehicles. The garage is reserved for owner use and is not included with the rental.

he free KC Streetcar is approximately a 10-minute walk away and offers easy access to Downtown, the Crossroads, Crown Center, Westport, the Plaza, UMKC, and more. Driving is the most convenient way to get around Kansas City, but Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
