When one person reserves two rooms...it would be REASONABLE to expect both rooms to be close to each other. Not different floors. This should be common sense in the hotel industry. This hotel does not keep multiple room reservations together

I was disappointed the moment I entered the property. It looked old and there was a distinct smell to the carpet or something in the area. My bedsheet in the room was not new, it obviously looked used. I called up the Front Desk for help at 4 PM. I was told the cleaners are gone for the day. However, the front desk guy was nice enough to give me new pair of sheets and pillow covers. That certainly sounded fresh and new. The next day, I went for a complimentary breakfast. The strawberries were very old and out of shape. The eggs were gone and there was hardly anything good except the coffee. The 3.5 or 4 stars I saw on review totally befooled me.
