I accidentally booked our stay for a day prior to arriving. Upon arrival we were told that they had checked us in already. I agreed to pay the extra night as it was my mistake. The Hotel informed me that they could not use that reservation any longer (made through Expedia). The only choice was to pay AGAIN. The manager was out for the holiday and could not be reached for assistance. The hotel manager did not return calls to myself or Expedia. Neither one would or could help and I am stuck paying for two hotel stays for one room.

Room was clean and looked like it had been updated in the last couple of years. The fan on the HVAC was a bit noisy. As was the refrigerator. I put a couple of plastic cups between the frig and the wall - it stopped humming. Very quiet room otherwise. The breakfast was the usual “hot” breakfast, but very good.
