The general manager. I have filed a complaint about how I was treated. And what had transpired from her to me. She called the police and told me I had 30 minutes to pack my things and leave the hotel. Because the person that took my reservation for December 16th put it for November 16th. And charged me for that as a no show. I live in Florida and I knew exactly when I was coming to Missouri. I had booked for 3 nights instead of 4 on Expedia. So I called the hotei personally and paid fir the 4th night. I showed Samantha all my information in my phone. She said she didn't care what had happened. She ruined my whole trip and my Christmas with my kids. The embarrassment and humiliation she caused me is unacceptable. The police agreed with me on everything. And thanked me for working with them. Because they can make anyone leave for any reason they choose. Fairfield should be horrified by the actions of their GM Samantha. She has no business being in charge of any business with her unprofessional behavior she displayed. She refused to give me her bosses information. She was holding her name tag out in my face and pointing at her business cards on the desk, saying I am the only person in charge of everything. I had to go pay for a room at a Hilton for 1 night that cost me $205.00. Iam still traumatized by the actions and treatment I received from Samantha. I will be telling everyone on social media about my experience at Fairfield in Belton Mo. And the GM Samantha.

Great room except the toilet seat. First one was broken and they replaced it with a too small seat, so it slipped around when sat on. Seems like a small detail but it really was a hassle.

The pool was small and seemed dirty. It was very slippery. I did not see much of the staff but when we checked in the front desk guy was very helpful. The property seems old in some areas. There was GF options at breakfast 👍
