The rooms have good sound proofing between them, I couldn’t hear the neighboring rooms, but I was often woken up by people talking outside in the parking lot. There was a 3-4am verbal altercation one night. The room was reasonably clean.

Quiet, clean, friendly, nice common areas, easy to work with staff. I’m glad I came here! So far the best hotel I’ve been in the Kansas City, Kansas area. Even my kitty, Pinto Bean, loves it here! Definitely could even call this your little home if you wanted!

Staff was kind and helpful. So honest review. You get what you pay for. Mattress was absolutely horrible. All springs. Room was clean. Had a smell of vinegar though. For the price, it was ok. Bed was the saddest I have ever seen in a hotel. Besides that, it was ok. For the price, it was ok.

The rooms were nasty and stuff was broken. They had cars in the parking lot broken down and trashy looking. The lobby when I checked in smelled of cigarette smoke, which was nasty smelling. I waiting about 5-10 minutes for someone to check me in. If I didn’t get a little better room, I would’ve found another place to stay.

Room had a strong smoke odor, woke up to a water leak & puddle on the floor that staff gave ME towels to clean up! Some lights didn’t work, the floors were tile and dirtied my feet and the room was extremely damp the whole time which made the bed sheets felt damp as well which was very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Saw a couple roaches

The staff doesn't really seem to care about the property. There are drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I couldn't even see my car from my room so I keep having to go back out to check on it. Would not stay here again.

The tub Jd areas where the epoxy finishes had worn through, and there was no stopper. The floors were so dirty and gritty walking from the shower to the chair to put on my shoes and had to wipe off my feet. We also had to empty the trash under the sink when we got there. It was completely fill of beer & whiskey bottles. For the price I didn’t expect the Ritz but clean would have been appreciated .

“You (mostly) get what you pay for.” The Good: The only reason this is a two star review instead of a one star is because there were absolutely no pest issues, the AC worked well, & the linens were all very clean. Those are the only plusses. The Bad: We booked an extended stay hotel because they offered little kitchenettes, provided pots, pans, plates & silverware & a toaster on request. We wanted to cook some at the hotel to save money on going out. Unfortunately the only things they had available during our stay were plates & silverware. They said the website states those utensils & kitchen items are provided “when available” & that they wouldn’t approve a discount on our stay just because the items were already loaned out to other guests. That was a big disappointment. If you stay here, bring your own pots/pans/dishes etc. Even that wouldn’t get us down to a two star, BUT the room truly felt like it hadn’t been cleaned. The whole counter was sticky, there was trash in the bedside table and dresser drawers, & hair stuck to the shower curtain before we even used it. (The linens were clean but that’s about it.) Bed frame was cheap metal that rocked & creaked even when we were just sitting on the edge chatting, let alone when tossing & turning during sleep. Spring mattress uncomfortable. Lastly, the counters & carpet edges were poorly finished & I even accidentally caught my hand on the peeling edge of the counter & hurt myself. We do not recommend this place.

I called ahead of time to ask about pet fee. They stated it was $25 for up to a week. When I arrived they said it was 25$ per night. Meaning it was 99$ a night after taxes. Exactly what a nice hotel would cost. This hotel is scamming people. Dont think you are saving money. Its the same price as a nice hotel with ammineties. Garbage hotel. Dont stay here.

Doesn’t look like the photos. Felt like the hood. The room was not well maintained. Water didn’t not drain. Took a shower and water pooled, same when washing hands. Toilet did not flush. Parking lot not maintained, just felt low quality compared to other properties. Will not stay at again. But staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.

There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.
