Tv did not work in our room. But the worse was my son's rooms - they were shown 3 rooms and each one had pubic hair or blood or ?????. they were so disgusted they slept in the cold cold car. not happy very very disappointed with this place!!

Check in was slow. No one welcomed us apun arrival. I had asked if there was a washroom to use as we were early and did not want to check in yet. Was asked my name then given a room key. There was no direction except for park in the rear and put the tag in window. Our room had no access to the air conditioning. It was 78 degrees in there. We had to have maintenance come and turn the A/C function back on in the unit. What type of a hotel does this? Sunday breakfast was non existent. Started at 7am, by 8am there was no hot food and no one was in any hurry to refill it. There was no urgency or customer service. For being in the hospitality field, your guests should feel welcome. Your stay should be a home away from home. This was not. We will not be staying again
