My room was at perfect temperature when i arrived (requested). Room was immaculate, bedding firm and extremely clean, shower was very clean & well stocked with linen. The view of the baseball fields was an added bonus that I knew nothing about. Overall I was extremely pleased with the last minute accommodations here at Holiday Inn Parkville, MO.

We were their for my daughters last visit to hospital, the outside was small with about 40 teenager boys music up loud no room to swim or relax , I went into the excerise room later boys laying all over equipment couldn’t use , no hot tub just terrible Sunday no late breakfast , could of stay at a hotel with no amenities and a lot cheaper almost 620.00 just to sleep also had to go by earplugs NOT happy won’t go there EVER again , also found a smashed bug in one of the beds gave to the housekeeper so that bed apparently sheets weren’t changed from the last people so the 3 of us in 1 bed

The noise above our room was like a herd of buffalo running through both nights. I complained and was offered to be moved, but we were already settled in and declined. Next time I will ask for the top floor. This was ridiculous!

Wife had a zoom meeting scheduled well in advance of check in time and they went out of their way to accommodate and got us in our room extra early. Have stayed here many times and rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable and the service is outstanding.Highly recommended
