The rooms were not as clean. When we went back to the front desk to let them know if they gave us another room that was more filthy so we decided to take the first room. They gave us an extra blanket to put over the couch because it was very stained and dirty. I Spoke with Jeremy/ who never wanted to take care of any of my needs. It was like he was always giving me an argumentative statement or answer if I asked a question. I will never stay there again. I have stayed at Sonesta before other locations with great I’m convinced the Kansas location is not cared for most of Of this dad sits on their phones and like to talk on speakerphone while they are cleaning or just walking around very unprofessional. I asked several times for my free breakfast. I also told them it was in the package. They told me several times I would not be eating the breakfast it’s not offer to me. I would have to pay $12 a day. So they didn’t even give me my free breakfast. I want my refund. I will never stays with Sonesta again.

We stayed for one night. Mostly needed the room just to sleep. The staff was great! We even got an upgrade! However, the staff should really clean better and make sure everything is tidy. Upon arrival as I was putting my thing in the room I noticed something on the ground. It was a condom pack just sitting there! It made my night a little uncomfortable but it was only for a night stay! Please pick up and clean the rooms better.

I signed up on line and the web site stated spa tub and there was not. Free breakfast and there was not. I would have stayed there if I had known this was a bait and switch. I liked the matress.

This was clearly an old Courtyard by Marriott property. The rooms were setup exactly the same way. The property was clean but the furniture was older and definitely used.
