Overall, the stay was fine. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. There was a moment where I had called the front desk at 9 AM, asking to order breakfast (since it’s not included). I was told breakfast had just ended, but that there were some good places nearby I could go to. This wasn’t a big deal, however, the next day I happen to be at the front desk, asking a question and mentioned that breakfast phone call. The staff member then said that even though breakfast had “ended” I could have still purchased, and they would have sold it to me. This perhaps would’ve saved me from ordering delivery from a nearby restaurant and spending quite a bit more than planned. Aside from that, when I first entered my room, there was an insect crawling around which I captured and brought outside. I then felt like I had to check for more, so I walked around all the corners of the room with my phone flashlight, and found that most of the corners and behind furniture had old wrappers, crumbs, debris, etc. On another note, I did notice that the cold air, which I had put on a continuous setting, did shut off on its own both nights that I was there. I would have preferred it to stay on as it would keep the room cool and the noise would help me sleep, but this may also just be a way for the hotel to save money, not allowing visitors the option to keep their AC on full time. Again, the stay was fine. I will also say that the bed was very comfortable.
