Great location for us for FIFA World Cup activities. We were beside the Overland Park Convention Centre, which had convenient transportation options available for World Cup matches, Fan Fest & more, at very reasonable prices. The staff were all welcoming, professional & friendly. However, the property felt a little outdated.

Above average stay. HVAC was noisy...but not so bad I couldn't get to sleep. Room setup was a little off with TV being on right side of bed and not the foot of the bed. Shower was great. Place was busy with kids, so avoided the pool, but that's anywhere you go.
