Not what the pictures show. The front door was coming off the tracks. Walk into hotel and there is an older man sitting on the couch coughing up a lung and messing with his foot- no shoes on…. Hallway was dirty and carpet in room needs a DEEP cleaning. Room had an odd smell. Place needs a cleanup!!!

We stayed here for one night for the chiefs game and it was gross. The rooms were not clean, smelled like pet urine, cob webs everywhere, dirty carpet. YUCK. One of the beds in our room had a huge hole in it also so whenever we went to bed it sunk down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was fine except that the Internet barely worked at all. And on the last day of the TV remote just stopped working for the TV. Something had changed on the TV and the remote was no longer correct for it.

Our room smelled really bad like dirty, musty carpet.The carpets were filthy, sink in bathroom leaked, toilet didn't completely flush. Water was lukewarm at best.

The hotel is just pretty rundown and in need of a refresh. When we got there there was only one girl at the front desk and she was dealing with an issue in a room and it took 15 minutes for her to come back and check us and another family in. It was not her fault, and she was very apologetic, but they were clearly short staffed. The room was fine, the shower made a really loud whistling sound the entire time and the refrigerator ran really loudly. All of it was fine until we got in the bed and there was a two foot hole in the mattress where the springs had separated. It was a king thankfully and we were able to squish together, but it was just a really rundown hotel.
