House is good in terms of cleanliness but the house had no heat due to low battery on the thermostat. Host was not willing to arrange to replace the batteries or put an electric heater. In fact he asked to leave late night if I want a full refund.

The property should probably be condemned. Cute pictures and decoration but the building smelled, huge water condensation problems from exposed ducting, no hot water (host said "just let it run"), I let it run for 20 minutes without success. I contacted the host about the problems, they said they would check it out and get back to me. They never responded. I left the property and got a hotel. Do not rent this property unless you enjoy the smell of urine in the hallways, dust, mustiness, and cold showers.
