Enjoy complete privacy and convenience during your stay. You will have the entire apartment to yourself, accessible via a private entrance with a smart lock for easy self check-in.

Free parking is available for you in the rear of the building, providing secure and hassle-free access no matter the time of your arrival.

Our home is located in a quiet area of Blue Springs, offering a peaceful escape while keeping you connected to the vibrant heart of the city. You're perfectly positioned to experience the best of the Kansas City area.

Other Things to Note:
No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests. $500 Fee for breaking House Rules.
