During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area. The bedroom features a king bed, and the full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Laundry facilities are available in the a separate building.

Please note: There is gated parking which requires a rear view mirror hanger. This will need to be left in the unit upon departure. If the tag is not left behind, there will be a $150 replacement fee applied.

A $200 replacement fee will be applied if the key fob is not left on the counter upon departure

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee of $100 per pet per month.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved to stay and the host may require a security deposit.
