Cleanliness of the room and bathroom were of international standard. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and very friendly. Room Service was fast and exceptional. The rates charged were very reasonable. Areas of improvement suggested is: Have an elevator installed in the hotel for enabling guests going from the Ground level to the Upper level rooms; particularly to help the elderly guests and easy conveyance of luggage. Overall, our stay was exceptionally satisfying to say the least. We would greatly recommend staying in this hotel.
