Orange Blossom - Retreat

Orange Blossom Retreat is an elegant yet affordable guest house with a graceful, cosy and regal old world charm. Treat yourself and live like royalty while you enjoy the ambiance and peaceful surroundings of beautiful Kangaroo Valley.
There are two large and spacious bedrooms with queen beds and high quality linen provided. The retreat is set on an acre of beautiful cottage gardens complete with swimming pool and spa (BYO pool towels).
The main open plan living area has a comfy lounge, tv and sound system. The small kitchenette with bar fridge and electric fry pan is suitable for preparing light meals only or guests can also cook on the gas barbeque on the deck.
The two large luxury bedrooms are located upstairs and have a queen beds with quality linen provided.
Orange Blossom Retreat is only a 10 minute walk from the cafes and shops of Kangaroo Valley Village and within a pleasant stroll to the pristine Kangaroo River and the famous Hampden Bridge.
Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend getaway or to share a weekend away with family and friends Orange Blossom Retreat is your perfect holiday destination.
Please note that the owner may be home at the front of the property during your stay but their area is completely separate and your privacy is assured.

Well-needed Break

Very clean property and secluded from the village, with plenty of greenery around. Owner's residence is nearby but separate. Has a pool and spa and barbecue, and was perfect for our well-needed break from the city!

Our intent was to explore everything we could in Kangaroo valley and near by. For this, the locality of the property was excellent. Our plan had been to eat at home most evenings, however there was no kitchen, a tiny sink with a fair amount of rust at the top in which washing was hard, so we ended up doing things like take out and some microwave meals. We felt the place was in need of maintence, and getting up to date. The furniture while old had character but were uncomfortable downstairs. On a positive note, the beds we found were very comfy and we had good nights sleep, ready for next day adventures.
