Cosy cottage with fireplace and spectacular views - Kangaroo Valley

Our spacious cottage with stunning valley views, its situated on 6 acres of serene, undisturbed bushland. It has a unique vantage point high on the mountain, which gives breathtaking 180 degree views into the Valley below.
Newly painted with a calm and relaxed feel, and just a short 8 minute drive from the beautiful cafes, pubs and shops in the village of Kangaroo Valley.
It offers the perfect getaway for family or friends during Winter or Summer.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom having one double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 singles that can also join to make a second double bed (please just let us know on request). There is also an extra single day bed in the second bedroom. The lounge also includes a double sofa bed.

There is one spacious main bathroom with a large, relaxing bathtub, and a separate toilet. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer.

Living space:
The cottage is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, huge balcony with outdoor dining setting so you can sit and enjoy sunrise or sunset views across the valley. There is air conditioning in the main living space, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has some staples such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee and a variety of teas. There is a washing machine and dryer including detergent for guest use. The laundry also includes ironing board and iron.
