Amazing villa
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped and the pool area and garden well looked after with a shady veranda etc.
Very comfortable beds upstairs and each with their own bathroom.
The villa is a really easy 15 min drive into the centre of beautiful Rovinj, perfect for family holidays with its chilled vibe, stunning buildings and waterfront. The old town cobbled streets are filled with cute restaurants and artisan shops. Lots of fresh fish and also Italian influences. Plenty of really good supermarkets in the area and the roads in Croatia are faultless. They have an inexpensive toll system en route from the airport and beyond for day trips. Tap water is drinkable in Croatia and everywhere is well maintained. We drove to Venice for the day which was incredible and definitely the highlight of the trip for us personally. A surprisingly straight forward three hour drive and parkup in a multi storey carpark on the island followed by a short 15 min boat to St Marks Square. Upon recommendation we also visited the pretty hilltop village of Motovun en route to the Postojna caves in Slovenia, both of which we can highly recommend as a great day trip.
Massimo the host was so helpful. We loved our stay at this villa and will be back to visit Croatia again as it’s so beautiful.
