Modernly Equipped Holiday House Near Rovinj With Private Pool for 4 Persons

The house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen and living room with a sofa bed for two persons. From the living area there is a terrace exit with a dining table, pool and garden. One bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor which also has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool of 24m2. On the first floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. In the rental price included use of internet, bed linen and towels. Private parking is located in the courtyard. The villa is situated in a central position in the southwest on the edge of the village Brajkovići and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 4 km from the house is the nature reserve Limski-Fjord with two excellent fish restaurants and in about 1,5 km distance there is a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties.
