Your cottage consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your cottage can be heated. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 28 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen 9 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs and parasol. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 13 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower and WC. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower and WC.
In addition, your cottage is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Matohanci. The cottage is located on a 80 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.
