Yearly fishing trip. We stayed 3 nights. The property is awesome. It’s half 70s museum and half spacious mountain retreat. The fishing in the surrounding areas is amazing. Kinzua, twin lakes, big mill creek, east branch of clarion all within 15-30min. Will definitely book again.

The house and the yard were huge! The 5 of us were able to spread out and enjoy the quiet of the back patio, or the pool table downstairs. I wished there was a history of the house and family to learn a little about them. Great time!
