The hotel rooms were a little jaded and the breakfast didn't have a lot of options for vegetarians. The staff's attitude could have been better. The best thing about the hotel was the location near the Kandy lake and the Buddha temple.

A high point of our trip to Kandy

Everyone in the staff was so welcoming and helpful. My 87yr old father, who cannot walk more than 10 meters, was with us. The care everyone showed him was remarkable. And the food was really good too!

It was a nice boutique hotel suited in a good part of Kandy town. it has some lovely touches such as chocolates in the evening and turn back service. The food was okay for breakfast but the waiting staff were very friendly and willing to serve you. The noise from the kitchen late at night and in the early morning will disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Sadly some of the guests were not nice and there was a family who had a child running up and down and shouting in the corridor at 2am which woke several of us up.

The hotel is kept in great condition, the morning breakfast buffet has a good selection of western and Sri Lankan food. The rooms are spacious, the minibar is complementary, beds are comfy and you’re staying right next to the temple and a short walk from the lake.

We only had one night in Kandy on this trip. The Radh is positioned within a couple of minutes walk of the sacred tooth temple and so was ideal. The staff were all very.pleasent and helpful, right from check-in until we checked out. The rooms and facilities were great. Shame we didnt have longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel.

Room was well equipped, comfortable bed, nicely decorated and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet for veggie was so-so for the price but the made-to-order selections (included) were very tasty. Easy access by foot to shops and attractions. Would recommend.
