ห้องพักไม่เหมือนในรูปเลย

1. เราจองห้อง 2 คน จำนวน 2 ห้อง ชำระเงินแล้ว แต่พนักงานลงบันทึกผิดโดยเก็บไว้ให้เราเพียงห้องเดียว จึงต้อง upgrade ไปอยู่ห้อง VIP สำหรับ 4 คน แต่อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกเท่ากับห้อง 2 คน เช่นมีแก้ว 2 ใบ, น้ำ2ขวด, มีแต่เก้าอี้แต่ไม่มีโต๊ะวางของเลย ต้องกองกับพื้น 2. พัก 2 คืน ไม่มีการเข้าไปทำความสะอาดเลย ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ไม่เก็บขยะ 3. มีห้องน้ำห้องเดียวจึงต้องต่อคิวกัน 4 คน และน้ำไหลเบามาก อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำไม่เขียนกำกับว่าอะไรคือครีมอาบน้ำ อะไรคือแชมพู

จองผ่านเรียบร้อยแต่ไม่ได้พัก

คือจองล่วงหน้าผ่านexpedia วันที่5/12/61 โดยชำระเงินและหักบัญชีไปเรียบร้อย วันที่เข้าพัก 09/12/61 แต่พอไปถึง โรงแรมบอกไม่มีการจอง หรือปัญหาอะไรก็ไม่ทราบ ซึ่งพอไปถึงบอกห้องพักเต็มหมดแล้ว คือไม่รับผิดชอบอะไรเลย บอกต้องไปติดต่อเอง เสียเวลา เสียเงิน และเสียหายต้องไปหาที่พักใหม่ แย่มากๆ
