Second time l have stayed here. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable room, only slight negative is the room could benefit from some redecoration - one wall was a little scuffed. Laundry facilities are very good, washing machines have instructions in English (make sure you have 100 yen coins to pay, there's no change machine) l would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Pacific Kanazawa—we stayed for one night. The hotel is very well located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room offers the basics; it is small, but there are two downsides: the bathroom is uncomfortably small, and the mattresses are not comfortable. Aside from that, it is a hotel that was definitely worth booking.
