The hotel was impeccably clean and very quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The room featured a wonderful view, which added to the overall experience. Its prime location near Kanazawa Station made sightseeing effortless, with major attractions, dining, and shopping all easily accessible. Beautiful, although starting to show a little wear and tear in age in the rooms and not very soundproof as there was banging going on but overall a lovely stay. Staff were attentive, polite and pristine. Breakfast was varied and lots to choose from in the buffet. No laundry available. Well located with easy access to everything we needed including the station.

The staff were nice. The check-in was quick and efficient. The little cake treats, and flowers in the room wear a nice touch. And the shower was one of the best ones we’ve been in. Also, the Japanese breakfast was fantastic, which was included in our rate.
