Clean and well stocked. Host was responsive and everything was as it should be. Mattress was comfortable and hot tub was fantastic. Great location as base camp if you’re planning to do some hiking! Highly recommend and would stay again :)

Scott's place was wonderful! We stayed for 9 nights while we explored Utah and several national parks. It was so nice to come back to the hot tub with incredible views after a long day. It's very central to several attractions/hikes, and downtown Kanab is only 10 min away with everything you'd need. The house was very spacious and clean and well-maintained. The sunrise is beautiful from right outside the window. The host was kind, easy to contact, and responsive. We'd definitely stay again.
