Mobilheim mit Hund

Das Mobilheim ist zweckmäßig und eher nüchtern eingerichtet. Im Prinzip war alles da, wenn auch etwas zusammen "gestückelt". Die Heizung hat im Wohnbereich bestens funktioniert, was völlig ausreichend für uns war. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand, der ein Traum für Hunde ist. Wir sind sonst mit Wohnwagen unterwegs, daher haben wir es als "mit viel Platz " empfunden.

Dreckige Unterkunft - schlechter Service

Gemietet wurde das Charlet 747 für den Zeitraum vom 21.9.21 bis 26.9.21. Geworben wurde mit Sauberkeit und Komfort. Anreise 21.9.21, 15:00 Uhr, das Charlet war komplett verdreckt und nicht gereinigt. Reinigung erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage, und das zu Coronazeiten. Bezug des Charlet erst nach 16:00 Uhr möglich, obwohl ab 15:00 Uhr bezahlt. Wie festgestellt wurde, war die Reinigung Ungenügen. Haare im Abfluss, Vorhänge mit Essensresten beschmiert, Vorhang im Wohnzimmer weist Schimmelrückstände auf, Besteck und Geschirr teilweise dreckig, Müll im Schrank der Heizung, Wände und Türen mit Fingerabdrücken versehen. Defekte: Beide Nachtlampen defekt, aus der Fassung gerissen, Rauchmelder ohne Funktion (Batterie wurde von mir eingelegt). Das Charlet war auf Grund des Zustandes nicht vollumfänglich nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter führte zu keiner Einigung. Defekte würden zwar behoben werden, aber ich muss dazu im Urlaub vor Ort sein, Termine vereinbaren und warten bis der Techniker seine Arbeit getan hat. Die Sauberkeit sei mein Problem, da ich mich nicht sofort nachdem die Reinigung erfolgt war gemeldet habe. (Ich habe am Morgen des 23.9.21 eine E-Mail geschrieben) Es folgen nur Vertröstungen und wir bekommen einen schönen Aufenthalt gewünscht.
