Welcome to the idyllic fishing village of Kamminke on the island of Usedom! This lovingly restored 19th century fisherman's house combines historical charm with modern living comfort - perfect for a relaxing vacation in a special atmosphere.



The Space:

The stylish thatched-roof house offers you a cozy vacation apartment on the first floor with approx. 62 m² of living space. Two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern daylight bathroom with shower and an additional guest WC leave nothing to be desired. The rooms are bright, inviting and furnished with great attention to detail - ideal for couples, families or small groups.



Enjoy sunny hours on the approx. 16 m² terrace or explore the surrounding nature and the harbor flair of the picturesque village. Experience a vacation in a real historical jewel with modern comfort, embedded in the quiet and natural landscape of Usedom. We look forward to your visit!



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Kamminke - a charming fishing village on the idyllic island of Usedom, away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. Our house is quietly located at the entrance to the village, just 500 meters from the small harbor with its sandy beach, fish smokehouse and ferry dock to Ückermünde.



Narrow alleys, old fishermen's houses and cozy restaurants with regional fish invite you to linger. The nature reserve “Der Golm” begins directly opposite - perfect for walks with far-reaching views.



The lively seaside resort of Ahlbeck and the Polish town of Swinemünde can be reached quickly by bike or car. Shopping facilities, doctors and pharmacies can be found in Ahlbeck.



Thanks to the Swinoujscie tunnel, seasonal flights and good road connections, Kamminke is easily accessible all year round - e.g. in just 2.5 hours from Berlin.



Perfect for anyone who loves nature, water and relaxation.



Getting Around:

The bus stops just a few meters from the house. You will find the current bus timetable and tourist brochures in the house. The bakery van brings fresh baked goods every Tuesday and Friday around 10am. The bakery van stops at the neighbor's house.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date. We charge €5 per night per pet for bringing a pet with you. Please note that you must notify us in advance if you wish to bring a pet.

Unfortunately, mobile communications and WiFi (LTE router with Polish network card) are only possible to a limited extent via the Polish mobile network. The maximum reception quality is LTE.
