We had an amazing stay. The room had everything we needed including basic kitchen facilities which was really handy. Our room had a great outlook over the pools and the sunset. Great place to bring kids. Staff were super friendly and helpful (shout out to Ding at the pool bar!). Great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. We loved the kids club and the pools. Only recommendation would be to maintain/update some things (kids club sand toys were broken, ping pong table falling apart, bathroom was a bit dated, etc) but otherwise this place is perfect for families with kids.

Sunwing Kamala resort was perfect for a family break in Phuket. The hotel has a number of pools to choose from, slides, kids entertainment, and kids clubs for all ages. The location is perfect, situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, with lots of options for shopping and eating near by. 7 even 3 minute walk, a local night market Monday to Friday right outside, you cannot ask for more.
