In addition, you have the top of the balcony of the house magnificent views to the coast! The holiday home stands on a nature plot in a cottage area near Røsnæs. The living area extends over two floors and a lower, open attic. Downstairs in the basement there is a bedroom, a bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and a billiard room. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen / living area with dining area as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Above the roof, the room height is limited by the sloping roofs everywhere. There is a bedroom as well as an open space / hems with two more sleeping arrangements and a balcony with sea view (see photo). The furnishings of the house is consistently attractive and modern. Outside on the covered terrace area that surrounds the house, you will find the outdoor Jacuzzi with space for up to 6 people. There you can relax the day with a view of the surrounding area. The wooden house was built on an attractive natural plot in a slightly elevated position and is located in a quiet, small street with no through traffic. There is a garden trampoline ready (use only at your own risk!).
