Great staff - very kind and helpful ! Great food ! As a taj property u expect it to be perfect with jacuzzi working .. pool clean and activity folks available and neatness in kids play area which were missing

The hotel is apparently 2 years old and it looks like that from the outside but from inside it seems like a 10 years old atleast because so many things are damaged on the inside. Like in our room, flooring was chipped and nuts were off. The place where you put your luggage had broken things. Bathroom door had broken outer cover so you can actually see the inside rubber, bathroom towel hanger was broken etc etc. Rooms were dusty when we were in. Food was very average. Service was the worst with once they taking 45 mins for 2 dosas in the restaurant. Just doesn't feel Taj like. Facilities for children were abundant though and spa was good. Overall for the price it was OK but not a hotel where you would like to keep coming back for something.
