This area opens directly onto the garden and a spacious 50 m2 terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this level, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bath and WC. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 220 cm in length. The second bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 additional sleeping facility in the form of a folding armchair.
