This comfortable holiday apartment on the island of Ugljan in the holiday resort of Kali is located just around 70 metres from the sea and offers space for up to four people. The accommodation is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed –, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a living area with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome, a maximum of two per apartment.



The covered terrace with east orientation offers sea view and space for up to four people. The holiday home has a garden terrace, a barbecue option, and a free boat mooring for boats up to 7 m. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The quiet hillside location with a distant view is ideal for beach holidays, family vacations, active holidays or cultural trips. The pebble beach is just a few steps away, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy are located about 800 metres away. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as sailing, diving, snorkelling, boat and bicycle rental as well as other water sports opportunities.



Additional costs are incurred for pets. Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, internet, bedding and towels.
