*New Listing*Perfect for couples or small families, this unit is located in Kalbarri Western Australia. Centrally located, it is within easy walking distance to town, Chinaman's beach and Finlay's Seafood Restaurant.

This relaxed villa features two comfortable patio area's to relax in while not exploring. Free parking at both the front and rear of the property.
Inside, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and split system air conditioning.
The living area has plenty of seating, with the sofa converting to a fold out bed to allow for extra guests. A flat screen tv, ceiling fan and split system air conditioner are also features in the living area.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, microwave and electric grill. You can also utilise the private courtyard BBQ to cook up a relaxed holiday meal.
The generous bathroom/ laundry room has a shower and separate toilet.
A 2 night minimum booking is required.
Please note that all bedding and towelling is provided, however please bring your own beach towels.

Very well appointed villa in the heart of Kalbarri. Two streets away from Chinaman’s Beach and all the restaurants, shops and town centre. Close proximity to Back Beach and the Blue holes beach.Pet friendly with lots of room to sit out the front or around the back. It had everything we needed for our stay including a washing machine that came in handy. Air conditioned with additional fans and safe and secure. Two doors down from the hospital and close to the school oval. A perfect spot for kids as it’s close to everything and easy to ride around with safe streets and paths. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Great little unit that was clean and very well equipped with everything you would need. Very convenient for a short walk into town centre and river foreshore, lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Comfortable lounge and bed. A great base to explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Kalbarri 2 nights pet friendly

Nice tidy clean and compact property. Comfortable beds and a cuppa was all we really needed to visit beautiful Kalbarri on our way back from Broome with my schnoodle. It felt safe to leave the dog in the yard and we were able to park the car behind a fence for safety.

Great location really clean

Our bed was comfy but I wouldn’t recommend anyone older than 10 sleeping on the sofa bed as it sinks in the middle. Bathroom super clean and love the shower size and head but no shelf in the shower so picking up soap or shampoo from the floor isn’t ideal. No wifi so byo connection. Couches are comfy and kitchen has everything you need-tea and coffee is a lovely addition! Only a short walk to town and Chinaman’s Beach and is next to the school so kids loved using the basketball court and oval as it was school holidays. Great location. It’s perfect for a family with younger kids or a couple. Brilliant we could bring our dog and both front and back areas are gated.
