thanks brian. You have a very nice rental. Here are somethings, that i am assuming you are aware of but probably need some attention.*All towel racks in full bathroom are broken, missing or gone. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds in master bedroom are broken and don't work*all closets are some type of disarray. Some with empty bottles and other debris and trash*blinds on slider and broken*both bathroom sinks need draino. They don't drain properly* old coffee kuering still left in keuring*half empty water botle left on counter*also you probably need to put on your page that is this is non-ADA accessible
