The staff was terrible at check in. My parents reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. They said that room wasn’t available because they had damage from a tornado 6 weeks prior. They never notified us of the situation and really didn’t care to try to Make it right. The people in the. Breakfast area were great.

The property had recently been hit by a tornado so the initial appearance was spokey. I wish Expedia had warned me of that. The room was clean and the bed was great but the shower wasn't working properly so while showering I didn't have much water pressure. Their were ants in the bathroom but as I said they were under construction. The pool was awesome! The exercise area was clean and equipment functioned great. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Our room was clean and useable but it would have been good to inform us that the building and many rooms had been damaged by a tornado 6 weeks ago. It was disturbing to pull up to the building and see the destruction that was caused by it. I was hesitant to walk in after pulling up and seeing boards covering many windows, some windows were broken and the major damage to the carport.

Drove up to a boarded up building. A heads up would have been nice. It threw me off. Staff were professional and dealing with a lot considering the storm. Pictures on line make it appear they have a full gym. They do not, it’s the size of a closet. Hotel could definitely use some updating.
