The fire alarm was "tested" at 10:34 p.m., after I went to bed. I had called 2 days prior to my stay, to make sure I could check in early to be on time for a wedding. It did not seem to be a problem on the phone. It was a problem when I checked in. I "had to" become a member of Marriott Bonvoy in order check in early. I would have appreciated this info when I called. The phone in my room didn't work. I had to call from my cell to contact the desk. Internet worked Saturday evening, but not on Sunday. The remote in my room did not work, so I could only watch the one channel. I would have let the front desk know about the problems, but there was only a sign saying they were helping other guests and would be back as soon as possible on the front desk when I checked out. I do have to say though, that the room and facilities were very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly.

Nice room lay out!

I had called the day before to see if we could get into our hotel at 2:00 rather than 3:00. I was told to call back the day of our reservation. I called the next day, the day of our reservation and was told no, so I requested a late check in and that was not a problem. We got to the hotel around 9:30 that night and around 10:15 the fire al went off! Very big surprise. At check out the front desk apologized and said that she would put some points on our rewards card.

The staff were very friendly. One of the housekeepers asked if they could assist me when I was struggling with the luggage cart. They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room.

The hotel is nice inside and out. My only issue was the room didn’t have enough garbage cans. There was only 1 can in the bathroom and I found it sitting on the back of the toilet. No travel size amenities, so I had to go buy my own soap. It’s like they didn’t finish setting up the room. They don’t offer free breakfast, but other than these few things I would probably stay again.

The hotel was very clean and is in a quiet location. If you can eequest a room on the back side of the hotel id suggest that as there is nothing behind the hotel so no light from parking lots or other bldgs. Not the wasiest hotels to get to though, but id still stay there again.

The staff was wonderful! They took great care in helping us! My room smelled strongly of mold. The shower floors (when wet) were beyond slick & had no anti slip strips for traction. That is a huge safety issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

We did not get the room cleaned during our 2 day stay. Only wanted fresh towels…….front desk said they only come in after the 2nd day of a 3 day stay, even though the manual said to leave used towels on the floor of the bathroom if you wanted fresh ones.
