Staff was great, clean rooms, clean hotel, large rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast, everything about the hotel and room was a 5 star except for the shower that should not get even a 1 star, shower head was broken, it was miserable taking a shower, what a shame for such a nice hotel, toilets are built so close to shower door, you hit your head in the door when trying to sit on the toilet and pillows were miserable, very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in the perfect location and staff was very welcoming and helpful. They are helpful when calling cabs to downtown or around the area and when you have questions about the area. Service at the beach, pool and breakfast is not perfect but you can tell who is there to work and improve and who is just there because they have to be.

This is a small, quaint property that is superbly maintained. I can't recall having a better experience with any service staff I've encountered. Given the sea mist that typically covers these types of properties, one would expect some moist outside furniture, but rest assured HB's staff was on the spot making sure that wasn't the case. The breakfast buffet was huge and the food was outstanding. Suffice it to say, this is a superb property, and one that can be enjoyed without having to take out a mortgage to pay for it. Five stars!
