残念な滞在となりました

ゴミ箱に前の宿泊客のゴミがそのまま残っていた。 浴槽の掃除がされてなく汚れたままだった。 枕カバーも交換されていなかったのか、加齢臭のようなニオイがしていた。 フロントに状況を伝えたところ謝罪はありましたが、部屋のチェンジなどの対応はありませんでした。
