Heat pumps and HRV. Large decks. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Walking tracks close by. Nydia track and local seaside walking tracks. Lots of native birdlife in spring and summer. Surrounded by native bush. Small creek on boundary. You provide your own linen and self clean. An $80 cleaning bond will be refunded a week after you leave.
