Whether you're a couple looking to slow down, a small family after a summer holiday, or friends chasing sun and good company, Korora is made for unwinding. The house is wrapped in three decks, two covered and one open to the sky, with easy indoor-outdoor flow. Settle in with a book, put on some music, or simply listen to the birdsong drifting up from the bush.
When it's time for a swim, the beaches at Kaiteriteri and Breakers Bay are a scenic 10–15 minute walk away along a well-worn bush track that brings you out right on the Kaiteriteri waterfront. Spend the day in the water, then wander back up for sunset drinks on the deck.
It feels wonderfully secluded, yet the local store, cafés and bars are less than five minutes' drive away. Keen anglers can try for brown trout in the nearby Riwaka and Motueka rivers, then bring their catch home for the BBQ.
Round off your stay with a trip over Takaka Hill to explore its spectacular limestone caves, and stop in at one of the region's celebrated vineyards along the way.
Korora is your place to breathe, soak up the view and enjoy the best of a kiwi summer in Kaiteriteri.
Please note that there is a ripple control hot water system at this property.
Korora shares a driveway with Kaiteri House which can be found by searching 'Kaiteri House'.
Competent reversing and towing skills are required at this property, as the driveway is steep and fairly tight.
Please note there is on-street boat parking available.
