Comfortable condo. Met all our needs. Nice view. Very nicely appointed. I loved the turtle mosaic shower floor! We pretty much only slept there as our base as we traveled around the island sight seeing. The volcano erupting was a highlight!

Good location. The unit needs a few safety measures. Security bars in the showers. A wand shower instead of fixed. Plus if renting to a wheelchair user do not have high chairs on the balcony. I missed being able to sit out in the sun.

Condo was spotless and well laid out with two bathrooms, a large bedroom and large living room/kichen. The view was spectacular! Only issue was the loud road noise which we were ready for when we booked.

Perfect spot to stay in Kona!

This is our second time visiting the Big Island. We stayed further outside of the main part of Kailua Kona last time but this property was in the heart of everything you need. We were able to walk to meals, outings and to explore. The only time we left was to explore other beaches and excursions. The view is amazing, beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch which was a concern for our 3rd guest). We will be back again.

Gorgeous view

We enjoyed our stay here. The view is gorgeous. Couldn’t ask for a better view. Nice to wake up to. It was a little loud at night but you can’t beat the sound of waves as you wake up. We saw dolphins one morning and that made our day. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family. We loved it and will be back.

First Kona Visit

This condo was clean, updated and well appointed although as with any rental property you will have to provide salt/pepper etc. unless someone else left theirs. We loved having 2 bathrooms as well as the W/D being in the unit. The view is amazing but the street noise was a bit of drawback. Know going in that it is noisy. Some drivers seem to think that the entire island wants to hear their music or mufflers. With that said, you are in the heart of Kona and you can walk every where so that's the tradeoff. We wore earplugs at night and it helped. I would like to mention the water pressure, Wow! We miss the showers! Lol Overall, we would consider staying there again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo delivers as described and pictured. They have thought of everything. We were so comfortable staying there. The appliances, layout, bathrooms, main shower are great. One thing to note, that has nothing to do with the property owners is the amount of noise from the cars that make so much noice and vibration (think immature car owners that need attention from others). The crashing waves help with this noise level, but often the music overpowers the waves. With that said, the Condo is in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay in 403. Well stocked with kitchen items, available parking, overall pretty quiet, food options available literally right out of the elevators to the building, a/c and fans to help cool the condo, and the view! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets every night. Our only challenge was the bed was a little soft for us. Other than that, it was great!

Our unit was immaculate. Recently remodeled-all new appliances, so clean, tile floor, and air conditioned. Superb view of the ocean, cruise ships, and very close to the Farmers Market. Shopping and restaurants walking distance. KONA ALII VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED.

Family time in Big Island

This condo is pretty well equiped, very clean, with a lot of space. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and body surf boards. Ali the basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc.) were provided. It's well located, with restaurants in walking distance. There are great beaches near by, the best one we went to at approximately 30 min by car. I would return anytime!

We absolutely loved this condo. It's location within the town is perfect and the view is great. There were several nice touches that made our stay better; A complimentary bag of Kona coffee beans and grinder, a couple different sizes of coolers, beach chairs, Tupperware etc. You won't want to miss a sunset from this balcony.

Beautiful Condo with Spectacular Ocean views

My Husband and I really enjoyed this condo during our 6 night stay in Kona. It was comfortable, well stocked with pots and pans and other cooking items as well as starter tp and paper towels. The showers were perfect - a sign noted it could take time to get the water hot - we always got hot water immediately and the water pressure was perfect. It was nice to turn on the air conditioning after a hot day of touring. This place is close to everything- within walking distance of tasty restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to beaches and other attractions. The sunsets from the balcony were some of the best I've ever seen- it always made the perfect ending to our day.. I highly recommend this condo
