Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.

- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk will open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During both Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
- As a friendly reminder, rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, with no breaks in between.
