Enjoy the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a walking path to a nearby black sand beach. 0.3 miles to Keauhou Shopping Center, 1 mile to Kahaluu Beach for snorkeling or surf lessons, 1.5 to Keauhou Bay for manta ray night dives. 14 miles to Kona Airport with easy access to Mamalahoa Hwy, which circles the island.
